Founded in 1988, and headquartered in Bakersfield, California where the heart of heavy oil production and thermal steam flood activities resides, we are a privately held corporation and currently doing business in California and Oman.

Being the first to offer validation of well test systems, we have developed a very simple but state-of-the-art portable well test system. Our focus is accurate Net Oil Measurement.
